It was a great location with friendly staff, but facilities were sub par and won’t be revisited. I am sorry to report this, but the room was one of the most sub par rooms we have ever stayed in. From the door weatherstripping sticking out and looking like a dirty fuzzy dead animal to dirty and stained carpeting, dusty mattress when you lifted the sheets, lighting issues, lamp on dresser by the TV didn’t work and at the coffee bar /mirrored area lights didn’t work there either, and to top it off, it smelled like a kennel! Bad The property was so bad. It smelled so nasty walking in the rooms where honestly disgusting and had nasty stuff on the floors. I’ve never been to a hotel that disgusting before . Staff was friendly but the nastiness of the place over ruled that..

Fair I did not like that the valet person that got in my car was not wearing mask. Apparently the mgr. at the valet booth was not wearing one either. Saturday evening it was a nightmare arriving from our day out. The line for valet was very long and slow going. Apparently the mgr.was trying to find another guest lost keys. We got off the car and left them our key that was three cars backed up on the long line. The manager open the key door and had guest look and see if they recognized their keys. Disappointing Wet carpet, room smell moldy. Forced charged parking at hotel. Walking distance to venues.
Mediocre at best This is actually my 4th time staying here and it wasn’t as pleasant as I remembered. The rooms were quite dirty and a little smelly. There was a very bright security light that blinked off and on all night,super annoying. Location,only a few blocks from 6th street. Nice view of the capital building
