Mangelhaft service Der Shuttle von Flughafen zum HOTEL kam nicht, trozt 2 anrufen. Wir haben 3 STUNDEN gewartet am ENDE mussten wir ein Taxi nehmen. Mein Man ist fast 80 Jahre alt. Das HOTEL hat uns später der Taxi bezahlt aber mit ein "I ' m so sorry" bezahlt nicht die 3 STUNDEN am Flughafen. Der Flur im HOTEL war sehr schmutzig, der FRÜHSTÜCK nicht gut. NIEMAND hat uns mit das TRAGEN der KOFFER geholfen. Das BETT war sehr bequem.

Excellent. Value for money, 5 minutes to DFW I would have liked breakfast served a little earlier. I know 6am is early for some people but I wake up at 4am! The receptionist was very sweet despite the fact that there were like 10 stranded passengers trying to book. I also loved the bed, the decor, how spacious the room was. It's definitely a recommended stay.
