Poor No tea bags in room. Hotel outdated, tv way to small. No hot water in lobby but offers tea bags. Close to airport and shuttle to airport.
Infested with spiders and bugs . Staff isn’t accommodating, DO NOT BOOK. Doors are broken so anyone could easily access My first room was on the third floor my door latch was completely broken my door could be opened with a credit card, I know this because after seeing how big the opening of the latch was were it was broken I put my credit card in the opening and my door popped right open . I requested a room change and they put me in a room on the first floor that was completely infested with spiders and had spider webs all... read more
If you’re looking for a cheap, quick airport to get to and from DFW, this is your place. But don’t expect stellar custom Front desk staff constantly had attitudes when asking simple questions upon check-in and in regards to room cleaning services. Close to the airport, easy to get to and from
