Disappointing
Horrible. There is NO light in the suites. It is dark even during the day. It is like a dungeon. There was a tick in my bed. A giant roach on the wall.
Not the best.. not the worst The bathrooms weren't the best. The usual for an older place. Build up in the corners and ours was stained with something red or pink. Makes you not want to shower. The hotel is very close to DFW. That is why we chose it

worst hotel experience i’ve ever had dirty, unhelpful & rude staff, tvs don’t work, room service didn’t work, had our do not disturb sign on & the cleaners still came in while we were sleeping breakfast
Disappointing The staff lied about sending the airport shuttle. The location became irrelevant after waiting 1.5 hours and ultimately having to take an Uber. The breakfast was not good. The cost
Pleasant but needed some maintenance. My ac leaked all over the floor and my shower door wouldn’t stay shut. Quiet. Still close enough you don’t have to drive far.
Disappointing Hotel elevator had a bunch of trash in it and there was graffiti on the elevator doors Room was extremely dark Shuttle took much longer than they said it would to arrive at the airport for pickup I arrived late to the hotel and the shuttle time I needed to book for the next morning was already full, so I ended up taking an Uber convenient location staff person was friendly did not get a chance to try the breakfast or the pool, so no comment on those
