The staff was nice but they keep locking me out of my room They mixed up my room number multiple time and some one came in to are room and are ac was loud and the breakfast was just ok Over all the staff was friendly and the room was clean

Underwhelmed The colors in the hallway were way too dark and drab considering there were no windows. It reminded me of a haunted house. The shuttle to the hotel was very hard to catch and many of the drivers were very unfriendly. Rooms were too far away. Poor layout of rooms to the front desk or access to elevators. Room layout

Needs cleanliness and attention to it's damaged aircon units and gym el aire acondicionado hacia ruido toda la noche. no se podia ni apagar el gym estaba asqueroso y todo el equipo daniado no funcionaba el hotel olia mal. como a comida en mal estado el tamanio de la habitacion grande
