No tv remote and brown smears in the shower walls and by the drain. When told staff the just said sorry
Bad Manager contacted me from her personal phone to verify everything I provided to the front desk and said I would be contacted within 3 days. 2 weeks into this disaster and no response. Andrea Goodole did not follow through on anything she said and that in itself speaks loudly. Property itself was a great experience. This property offers parking while on vacation. Anywhere else but here. The room ac wouldn’t cool. It had to have the front desk come into try and reset it in the middle of the night. They offered no solution, had no fans. The room smell musty. And the first floor hall smells like mildew or wetness that never dried properly. Very unpleasant smells either way. On top of that we Paid $40 extra to have courtyard access and the card reader didn’t even work to access back on from the courtyard. I understood there was a shuttle to the hotel, they didn’t come to love field.i had even called ahead oftime I had to ta Nothing Terrible, had no hot water, there for, could not take a shower
