Forced to stay overbecause of American Airlines Everything Nothing

Terrible No water,no slippers, no toothbrush,breakfast suck Good location

disappointed Comfort : Hard bed and pillows, low water pressure in shower. Shuttle service: I called the property when I arrived and proceeded to wait 1/2 hr for a shuttle. Integer came. I called again only to wait another 1/2 hr. I finally took a taxi. Finally, There are no restaurants in the hotel or near by, so you need a car. Room was clean, spacious, nice towels, no odour

Very Poor Questioned the manager why I was charged twice on my credit card when I persisted the issue I was asked to leave the property. My mother had to call and smooth things over .it took 4 days before the charges were reversed. My vehicle got broke into and I asked if they could look at the cameras and they said there was nothing they could do untilk Monday when the manager got back. Staff were very rude

Water leak and horrible stay Leak in room from floor above. Water leaked onto bed all night and woke up to clothes soaking wet. We were there due to flight cancelation so had no bags or essentials. Girl at desk in morning helped but manager never called after like they said they would. Staff that morning helped with our issues promptly.

Late night disaster I waited an hour for the airport shuttle. I called multiple times and was told it is on the way. I ended up paying for an Uber instead. It is close to the airport

I had hoped for better The bed sheets had bloody dry boogers and mucus on them. Somebody had clearly smoked in the room and the tub was so DISGUSTING that we ended up not being able to shower. The location to the event I was attending.

Poor Room was next to the highway very loud and every time the heating unit came on it was so so loud. Was not able to sleep at all. The room was very clean and close to the airport . Make sure to ask for a courtyard room. If you want to sleep
