Nice staff, below average facility The refrigerator was frozen overand so the refrigerator would not get cold at all..It's not clear in the photo but the ice was approx 2+inches in diameter..They had me turn it off and lay towels down to defrost. It still didn't work after. The carpet was musty moldy smelling and took your breath away upon entering the room. There was a stain on the bedspread that made me wonder if it was clean. Disappointing
The room was fine, but the cost with the extra $20.00 was too expensive. The $20.00 charge to check in early was ridiculous. The room was ready and we needed to check in at 2:00 p.m. to get ready for a wedding. This will probably cause me to look for other hotels. The room we fine. Location was okay.
Refund please! and we’ll never use you location again! The wi/fi was bad, called the front desk told them and basically , was told “is what it is”! the WATER PRESSURE!!! so bad, we tried at different times of the day still bad ! Front desk gave the same excuse ! Lots of guests use lots of water!!! The day we checked out a fire alarm whet off locking guests in the elevators! Dont know if i will be back not worth my monney loud prople next to me, rude staff not clean no sope in bathroom brakefast was cold and nasty nothing was correct people net too me were loud front desk would not help

a bummer The room up above ours, when the people showered it leaked into our bathroom. It dripped out of the light fixture. I was afraid to turn on the light in the bathroom, good thing there was a light in the mirror! No one made any suggestion for us to move rooms or worried about the leak or that we could get electrocuted. My husband is handicapped and is on a Walker. He has mobility issues.
