Pleasant The room had a funny moldy smell to it. We had someone walk into our room around 7 a.m. I'm guessing it was room service, but it still scared us awake!! Glad we had the top latch locked. The rooms were huge! The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the grounds were beautiful. Check in was an easy process.
clean room slightly outdated I needed to get a bit of quick info and the girl checking in put me off onto the next staff member coming in. Didn't even want to stay an extra 5 minutes past getting off. I could hear my neighbors tv blaring all night. I luckily brought a white noise machine and ran the ac fan but could still hear it. I told the staff I needed on a shuttle at 430am and was not told there was a log or offered a reminder call. Missed it by a minute. Bathroom doors are odd double doors that dont lock. Pleasant De badkamer kraan had wel een gerepareerd of vervangen kunnen zijn. De receptioniste bij het uitchecken was niet vriendelijk en stond langdurig te gapen Ligging dichtbij Denver airport en restaurants in de buurt
Pleasant Airport shuttle was terrible. Not timely! Waited over 1 hour with small children. Beds small. Breakfast was good.
Not worth the money The front desk service was awful. Waited over 30 minutes to get clean towels since they passed by our room at 8 for room service and they never came back.
