Elevator was super slow. Ground floor bathroom for guests was not kept up. Key card would not let you in any of the entrances except the front door. No other choice. There were other entrances but could not use them. Staff did not seem friendly, just there for a job type friendliness. Room was clean and nice. That was the most enjoyable part.

The property was good, the what looked like homeless at night hanging out was not appealing. It was under a remodel so the 4th floor didn't have an ice machine but I think that was a temporary issue.

The Continental Breakfast was thee exact same thing every morning. Plus the desk people had to find a way to the Love Dalles Airport, as you all don't have a contract for guess. And it ended costing me money that I really didn't have to spend.

The room and it's amenities were very nice. Breakfast was adequate and meh. Housekeeping was poor. We had to ask for an extra towel every day despite the reservation and use clearly being three people. Two days they didn't even leave new towels. Their staff needs way more training. Parking is also inadequate when the hotel is full. Shower spray is so restricted that it takes twice as long to get clean, thus defeating the water saving goal. Uneven experience.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful and other people staying in the hotel were friendly as well.

Stayed a property during Cowboys home game. They set up a shuttle to and from the game ($25 round trip). The staff was outstanding and provided free transportation to and from the airport. The Hotel is a little older but they did a good job keeping it clean. The rooms were nice and big. We would book again in the future.
