Wonderful Did not get the wake-up phone call. Very comfortable room. Person at desk was always smiling and very helpful.
Pleasant Shower in 406 was missing pieces on the control lever. No safety bar in handicapped tub/shower. Hot water got hotter while showering. Price was good.

Excellent It was all fine. For a hotel near IAH, I like this one a lot. I've stayed in a few others while traveling and will probably use this one from now on. It was very clean and comfortable and simple. One elevator was out of service, which was a tiny hassle, but really nothing much. It's probably fixed by now.
Layover trip The vibe with the night receptionist was getting frustrating because he said there were no double beds in the non smoking rooms and there were only smoking rooms with double beds. Then offered a king room with a sofa pull out couch but having teenager boys with a thin mattress wasn't going to cut it for us but after going back and forth for a bit he ended up finding a non smoking double bed room all of a sudden. He kept mentioning that booking.com over booked the hotel but I just wanted a clean room to stay in o... read more
Lost product We left a pillow but kept getting the run around that it wasn't in the hotel. We called about three times and they stated would call us back but never did.
Good Breakfast is garbage. Everything has a lot of sugar, from malt syrup for pancakes to the jam for toast. Coffee was barely drinkable. Healthier options would be great. Even the yoghurt had gelatin in it. Gross. Big, clean room. Fruit at breakfast buffet. Iron. Free airport shuttle! Efficient check in
Good No restaurant. had to walk 10 minutes in rain to get our dinner. Friendly Front desk person.
Good One of the elevators was down and I had to haul my luggage a long way to get to my room on the second floor.
