Exceptional
Great hotel, friendly staff and very modern decoration ambient. Some neighbors were allowed to stay with noisy dogs and they were barking at midnight over one night. Then guest and dogs leaved the facility. Hope they were invited to leave the facility to keep the peaceful ambient guests deserves. The hotel is great, love the peaceful ambient and friendly staff.
Not quite there, yet. The facility didn't appear very old, but seemed to be falling apart. Reasonably located for the purpose of my trip. Price was the reason I booked here.
Okay The first room A/C unit stopped working after being in the room for less than 6 hours. It is a pretty new building, everything should have been in full functional order. They corrected an issue with the initial room I was in by upgrading to a suite

Fell short Room had only 1 cup for drinks. Tissue dispenser was empty. I requested a room on top floor, but was put on 3rd floor. The tenant above was very noisy. There were not many guests the night of our stay, so accommodating my request was possible, but ignored. I will probably try another brand on my next visit. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Parking lot has limited access. Facility has easy access . Location has everything we need for our purpose.
good value I really didn't like seeing adults at breakfast in pajamas and barefoot--made the hotel feel low end to see that each day from different people. It's also just gross. simplicity of the furnishings with modern colors and feel. clean. all spots in parking lot were visible to the front desk so I felt my car was safe.
