Pleasant Trip Only complaint was that the beds were actually too high. Location and the cleanliness

Super! Nothing we didn't like. The parking area had one way in and out. The breakfast was good. The room was very quiet at night.
Exceptional This is a great hotel.
Nice, but staff training and unfinish items will prevent this hotel from being what it could be Front desk stafff at my time of check-in acted as if I was a bother. I was shocked. There is kind of slip prevention on the surface of the tub, VERY SLICK. My wife had a bad fall as did I nearly. Having experienced not feeling valued by staff at check-in I decided to avoid epressing the shower conerns. Facilities were new and clean, but first impression at front desk kept this facility from shining.

Disappointing The first night in my room, there was mold really bad. The second day moved to another room, which was better. But the smell of mold was present on the whole 3rd floor. It was a very moist smell in the air. Staff friendly
