Reviews are deceiving. it's ok but dirty Rooms dirty hair and stains on bedding also trash on floors in another room Location parking with trailer

Bad Room didn't smell good (like it was wet)and it need pets control to spray because we saw a few Roaches 🤢 The front desk was nice.
Fair The facility could use some remodeling in some of the rooms. A little touch up painting here and there. It was located right cross from the subdivision my family lives in.

Disruption I had to listen to rude customers slamming their doors. I asked to be moved to floor 3 because of the noise above me. They only moved me 2 doors down. I think I should be refunded at least 1 day for all I went through The clerks were caring and helpful. The housekeeping did a wonderful job and helpful.

Now I'm reluctant to book thru Booking.com... I made a reservation for 1 night May 18-19 on the Booking.com app. When we arrived at the desk, we were told "we are completely sold out" due to extensive power outages in the area & that I must have reserved for another location or date. When I looked at my confirmation email from Booking.com, sure enough, the reservation showed as May 19-20.
