Bad
Disappointing
We had issues with the rooms being clean and we also had issues with the tv not working. The breakfast was sub par. The walls between the rooms are thin because I could hear what was going on in the next room. The lobby was neat and clean and the staff was friendly.

Fair Hotel had a funny smell in the lobby. Elevator went out for a few hours not that it was anyone's fault. My biggest disappointment after arriving from my event that evening l needed face towels however none were available til the next morning when housekeeping arrived @ 9a. Location close to my family .

Very Poor The hot tub was broke wouldn't get hot. Walls paper thins can hear everything from the next room over. Even down the hall. Their breakfast was good. The walls are paper thin though you could hear people having sex at the end of the hall from the elevator.
Will never do it again. Sheets on the beds were dirty in both rooms. Room smell of mildew . Great customer service Great water pressure

could have been better had to change room 3 times. first room sheets was dirty. 2nd room tv didn’t work. location
not good but cheap. The building was in need of repair. the door the our bathroom didn’t latch, there was a broken picture with splintered glass exposed in the bathroom. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all, neither my wife or I slept well. it looked nice and was clean.
