Disappointing
Very Poor I got this room to enjoy the pool and hang out with my friend. She and I was at the pool and seen two homeless kid's take a dip in the pool.. One of them literally used the soap out of the pool side bathroom to wash his clothes. And his self. The next kid wanted a towel and asked us for food as we had just ordered pizza. The pool side bathroom was nasty. It has mold on the wall broken soap dispenser water dripping everywhere floor was soaking wet. Smelled moldy.. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone of colored! The security staff was very rude and unfriendly they treated me like I was a thug. One of the security staff members banged on my door demanded me to turn my music off and threatened to call the cops on me and have me evicted for loud music. Even after I compiled with her that I will turn the music off she stood there staring at me with the most disrespectful look on her face as if she hated the color of my skin.
