We closed on our new house at Woods Point last November 2022. The entire process from start to finish has been a wonderful experience! We were first met by Jayci and she (along with Rita) was amazing to work with. She was so professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and specific timing of the purchase! We can not thank her enough. . . . We will love living in our new home and look forward to enjoying our new community!

We love our new home in Woods Point, Ferndale! The sales ladies (Jayci and Rita) were so helpful and professional when we went through the buying and building process. Every home, new or used has issues and questions to be answered... What really matters is how those are addressed. Mary is known as "The Fixer" in our Frazier Heights neighborhood, everyone loves Mary, she just gets it done to a high level of satisfaction! I love my new home in Woods Point Community located in Ferndale WA. This location is ideal, peaceful and surrounded by a quiet subdivision with friendly neighbors. I came upon Landed Gentry in January 2020 while visiting my son and daughter-in-law who had relocated to WA. We were in Mt Vernon driving around looking at homes and ventured into Woodside Community.
