The first time I saw Woodside I knew I wanted to live here. My experience with Landed Gentry was incredible from start to finish. I was kept informed with texts, pictures and calls and every person I dealt with was professional, friendly and helpful. I can not believe how happy I am with my completed home, the guidance I got in choosing decor was excellent, and it is gorgeous. I am now living my dream, close to my grandkids and making lots of new friends. This is the best place ever!!!!

From our initial contact with Jayci in the sales office, to finishing the house and completing the deal, Landed Gentry has been super professional and very nice. Updated review.....my husband and I have been at 48 Degrees North for 9 months and we are in love with our home and the community around Latitude Circle. We lived out of state during planning and construction and Rita Grant was the glue that kept us informed and connected. The selections we made with Angela Crook continue to delight us as we enjoy settling in to our home.....cannot believe this wonderful home, view, and life! 48 Degrees North and Landed Gentry are a combination that will not disappoint!
As a resident of the Woodside Community I feel it proper to inform you that we have been receiving wonderful, timely and professional assistance with our questions and concerns. Most recently it was identified that our front porch had "sunk" away from the foundation of the house. Mike and Rachel confirmed the issue and got in touch with the vendor who then reconfirmed the sinking and set up a date on which the existing porch would be removed and a new porch would be re-poured.
