I've been working with Tom McClernon for almost a year now to help me through an extremely hard time in taking care of my husband who had dementia and who has since passed away. The sessions were extremely helpful to me. Tom has given me many tools to move forward and cope. He has been non-judgmental and has validated my feelings. I recommend him highly and you should give him a big raise in pay!

Joan was very helpful. She suggested that they have a pharmacist look at all my medications for overlap or that cause unwanted side effects. None of my various doctors ever suggested this.
Very professional and caring ! Carol has a great personality and a caring attitude ! I always look 👀 forward to her visits !!
I cannot say enough about this service which assisted keeping my mom out of the hospital & a nursing home. The staff always responded in a timely matter and her Regular doctor, Dr. B. Henriques was excellent. She made my mom feel comfortable with asking questions & always included her in her care. When mom was at the end of her life it was Dr.Henriques ( not her primary) who helped us negotiate the system & assisted with getting hospice involved immediately.
