Very dissatisfied with the communication from this company. I never get return calls back, and when I call them back the people are out on the field or at lunch. These people need more installers on a job. After speaking with one of the owners and she explained to me what had happened and after apologizing numerous times, everything was ok, and I was happy about the resolution

I got my flooring put in and it be cracking all over da place. Someone supposed to fix it but nobody done showed up

Great Job! Kudzu I had Las Vegas Flooring install tile in my master bath and hardwood in my dining room. Both jobs were done really well and was very pleased with the conduct of the workers. The showroom had tons of choices...

Absolutely the worst flooring company in vegas. I had hardwood floors replaced and after it was complete, it looked worse than what I had started with. There was gaps between the planks, holes in my walls, glue all over the place! When I asked to have it fixed, they just patch it up with wood colored silicone. horrible experience. Don't ever use them!
