I found the sales staff to be helpful and attentive to my needs. They provided me with options and were transparent in describing the features of the appliance. I was skeptical about purchasing from Bad Boy based on feedback I heard many years ago regarding pressure sales tactics. I did not experience this at all and would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Ancaster BadBoys location. I was shopping for living room furniture and was met by a lovely young lady who did not try to up sell me but provided me with perfect ideas on how my room should look.The manager went out of his way to accommodate me when the coffee table and end tables came damaged. thanks again Jamal Kanaan! We came to your store today to start shopping and compare prices. This was our first stop and we never went anywhere else to compare prices. Our sales person Leo was great and the store manager Jamal was also as good. Like I mentioned it was our first stop and we had no intention on buying but very glad we did. The experience was great. This is our first purchase from Bad Boy and it won't be our last. thanks for a great day.
When I was at your store I went with a friend who was looking for living room furniture. I had no intentions of buying anything but guess what I did. I bought a hallway wooden bench and 2 glass platters and just love what I got, the gentlemen who helped us was terrific he bent over backwards to look after us. Great customer service and care was much appreciated while helping me choose the furniture that was right for me and my family. Delivery was 2 days later and right on time. Delivery service was exceptional and they took the boxes with them. Thank you :)
The salesman is very nice but having to wait a month for my furniture sucks .Still have another week should of bought it on line they said free delivery and 2 weeks to wait. I go in and have to wait double the time and pay 75.00 delivery fee not happy about that.
Great place and excellent service will shop there again thank you.
