We did not have a very good experience at Bad Boy when we visited a few years ago- we were greeted with a rude salesman and had sworn we would never return but gave Bad Boy another chance on a whim. Baljinder and Mila were very patient and kind to help us decide on a sectional and TV table and have changed our minds that there are nice furniture sales people out there.

We bought a cooktop and microwave replacement. The sales person, Baljinder and manager, Vivek were friendly and gave us a good deal. We saved compared to local competitor prices. The solid gold warranty is worth it.

Updating review for my latest purchase. I had a good experience buying appliances here so I also decided to purchase a sectional couch. Baldeep was great to deal with, he was helpful and ensured the measurements were compatible for my space ahead of purchasing. The delivery guys were great- very polite and took their shoes off. Part of my sectional was broken, I didn't notice it but the delivery man did and I'm grateful for his honesty. They left half the couch so I had something to sit on (Friday) and the second part was delivered today (Tuesday). I also had friendly and courteous guys today as well, nothing better than having happy, laughing people around. Very happy with my purchase, the delivery process and all the great customer service I've received. 100% will purchase from Bad Boy again.

I would like to thank Mike for the exceptional help amd service we recieved Sunday dec. 20th at the kitchener location. We were in a pinch and were so grateful for the help .
