We just had the floors in the living room, dining room and central hall re-floored by Lavalette Floor and Tile. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the outcome. Thomas and Chris were really helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make our selection. The stars of the show were David, Justin and Dameon who installed our floors. Great job guys! Thanks so much.
You all know those small remodel projects we start which turn into major repairs, right? A small half-bath off the garage was one of them. I had originally planned to put flooring down myself. Very fast service. Awesome sales people. Was not pressured to buy anything, went at own pace. Came and measured whole house and can purchase when we’re ready. EXACTLY what we were looking for.
My experience with Lavalette Carpet and Tile was great. Chris was my point of contact and he was very personable, prompt and willing to help. The installers did a great job and worked until we were happy with the end product. Chris kept me informed about everything, from the movement of materials to the installation dates, and they showed up when they said they would. Really great business to work with.
I would recommend Lavalette Carpet to anyone and Shaw Flooring whether carpet or laminate. Chris is great to work with. Justin and Carlyle did a fabulous job. Very well pleased with the entire experience!!
