I was really impressed with Robin Greco. She was my escrow agent. I have dealt with many title companies in the valley as I have lived here all my life, but there is no title company like Lawyers Title and there is no escrow agent like Robin. Ask for her by name for your mortgage needs. You will not be disappointed. I know this sounds like a commercial, but it is real and I stand by my words of praise..

As a realtor, I have worked with several title companies. Lawyer's title is incredibly professional and has great communication. Loryann Dixon is my go to person there. She is incredibly knowledgeable and makes the transaction much easier.

Difficult to connect with Escrow officer when ready to close and she goes on vacation. Issued check to wrong Warranty Company in Escrow. Now does not respond to request for reimbursing for plumbing Bill. Would not recommend this company to handle your Escrow.
