My daughter was just diagnosed with autism recently, which I told the assistant, I expressed how she has a lot of anxiety. I recommend you guys all the time! It can be hard to find a bilingual health or dental care provider outside of the city, and I've been a patient since I first moved here and couldn't speak French at all. The office is clean, the employees are friendly, the locations seem to be spread out and convenient.
The BEST experience I have ever had at a dental appointment. Beyond the fact that the reception/waiting area and all offices are exceptionally clean and tidy; and beyond the fact that all staff are fully bilingual; I have to say that Dr Kheir is the G.O.A.T. of Dentists. He has such empathy and compassion, is so very kind and gentle. I have lived with a lifelong extreme fear of dentists due to a very bad experience as a child that left me traumatized. This was my densitst office for 37 years (Dr. Lyons was my original dentist until he “retired”). The place has really gone down hill over the years—the secretaries are rude and condescending. The last time I tried to book an appointment they made me feel as if they were doing me a favour for finding me an appointment. That’s what 37 years of loyalty gets you there, I suppose, under this new administration.
I just think in whole this clinic is absolutely wonderful. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with a warm smile. The WHOLE staff is wonderfull, professional, kind, warm & patient. And Patrick is just an amazing doctor. He is a compassionate, gentle, & patient doctor & does wonderful work It's just a wonderful clinic & it's all because of the staff !!
