I must say I really hate needles and when it came time Paula was right by my side. What an absolute gem of a person. You couldn’t ask for better. Caring, loving, compassionate, and soothing voice made all the difference in the world. Thank you for you. Never change who you are!!!!
I find the staff here very kind, and I have a lot of anxiety with oral and dental procedures, and I feel comfortable here. They listen, they are patient with me and understand my fears and pain. I have always had Cathy as my hygienist and she is awesome! But I have found so much kindness with Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Gharib and all the staff office and medical! Highly recommend this place.
I hardly ever do reviews, but where respect is due it must be given, Dr. J Stephen exceeded my expectations with his calm, patient, kind, and caring chair side manners. I've worked with him before with basic fillings etc. but today was more complexed, and I'm so grateful that he was the dentist that took care of my treatment today. The office was amazing. They were able to get my 6 year old in right away. It was her first time and they were wonderful at reassuring her. Sandra at the front desk was amazing at guiding me through all of the paperwork. Riley the assistant was so patient with my little lady and very quick as well. As I am relatively new to the area my whole family will be making the switch for certain. Thank you so much 😊
I’m extremely disappointed and baffled by the outrageous lack of knowledge of some of the dentists here. Somebody close to me had gone here with a tooth issue, and they told her they needed to remove it. Instead of removing it, they left it to get infected and it puffed up the entirety of the side of her face. For the love of God, how can you not do your only job correctly??? This same dentist, the same doctor, has screwed up on not only her, but also others. This is so irresponsible, how can you let this kind of person stay... read more
