Five star experience! They were quick, communicative and so convenient. The ability to text for a service appointment, the inspection photos and estimate approval link was so nice to have the ability to answer while I was at work. They had my service done same day too! The gentleman at the front desk even took time to explain some things to me before I left with other questions I had. Will be going back
I had a great experience at Lee Street Garage. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They provide excellent service and make the entire process hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality automotive service.
EDIT!!! Haven’t been there in 15 years and I’m glad I chose to go back. Quick, accommodating, professional. EDIT!!!::: So after leaving this review I was sent a complimentary car wash. I went to use it today being that it’s finally nice weather. It expired. 2 YEARS AGO!! I explained to the attendant it was a “gift” from LEE street garage. His reply was “OH NOOO!!?? Absolutely tremendous experience dealing with Dave, and Jeff! They helped us diagnose and fix the problem we were having. They provided accurate estimates of costs so we were prepared. I highly recommend Lee Street Garage, we will be using them again!
Tried Lee Street Garage for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! They took good care of my Porsche and even allowed me to leave it while I went away for an extended period. I particularly appreciated the communication process of emailed estimates including photos and being able to approve and decline each service separately. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars. Lee Street Garage is my new mechanic shop!
