Our experience with Leicester was great. Steve was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Sharon was efficient at scheduling and provided good customer service. Installer Gabriel and his team were excellent. We had one large room of carpet installed and two custom area rugs, which were bound on-site. We had to wait longer than originally expected, but that was due to a delay in obtaining materials from a vendor. I highly recommend these honest professionals and highly skilled installers.
