I highly recommend Leicester Flooring in Hendersonville, NC. I worked with Dean and he is absolutely terrific! I went in with an idea of what I wanted in make and color. He found 5 samples that all met my ideas. Together we eliminated one and he added another which turned out to be the perfect one for me. He stayed in touch with me during the entire process. Our experience with Leicester was great. Steve was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Sharon was efficient at scheduling and provided good customer service. Installer Gabriel and his team were excellent. We had one large room of carpet installed and two custom area rugs, which were bound on-site. We had to wait longer than originally expected, but that was due to a delay in obtaining materials from a vendor. I highly recommend these honest professionals and highly skilled installers.

We have had two great experiences with Leicester flooring now. They are fast, reasonably priced and have done great work. We plan on having them refloor more rooms for us in the coming months.
Great experience from start to finish! We worked with Ariana on selecting our master bath flooring. She is knowledgeable in every aspect, and a delight to work with. Leister has a wide selection with very competitive pricing, too. We will return for shower tile selection in the coming months.
