We have had two great experiences with Leicester flooring now. They are fast, reasonably priced and have done great work. We plan on having them refloor more rooms for us in the coming months.

Our experience with Leicester was great. Steve was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Sharon was efficient at scheduling and provided good customer service. Installer Gabriel and his team were excellent. We had one large room of carpet installed and two custom area rugs, which were bound on-site. We had to wait longer than originally expected, but that was due to a delay in obtaining materials from a vendor. I highly recommend these honest professionals and highly skilled installers.

Contacted Leicester about a carpet runner for a set of stairs. Immediate response. Ordered samples and set a date for installation. Installers arrived right on time and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the service and with final result.

They were a,bit late but they sent a text ahead of time to let us know. The installers were very professional, they did their work in a,timely .manner and thoroughly cleaned up after. Steve was very helpful in picking out the carpet and pad. Nice job, thanks.

Installers arrived on time, were very professional, proficient, knowledgeable and respectful. They cleaned up the area after installing the carpet. Dean, the salesperson was new to the job but he too was knowledgeable and helpful about the various carpeting options. Overall a great experience and I would recommend Leicester Flooring to anyone.
