TERRIBLE shopping experience at this store. After waiting 3 months for delivery of the $6500 order, the salesman called me just prior to delivery and said there would be an 'extra charge" because I wanted it delivered on a Tuesday instead Friday. (Customer service offered me either day) The salesman was outright lying to me for more money after the deal had already been signed and finished. After delivery the loveseat was found to be damaged. After 2 service calls it is only partially fixed. I am disgusted with Levins. Shop ... read more

DIANNE BAKER WAS SO HELPFUL IN GUIDING US THROUGH THE SELECTION AND PURCHASING PROCESS THAT WE HAVE GONE BACK AND ORDER THE DINNING ROOM CHAIRS WE HAD OUR EYES ON.

I can't exchange my mattress for another 2 weeks and it's killing my back. I had to purchase a mattress protector AND a pillow. I understand the protector but do not understand the pillow. Also have to pay a restocking fee and ANOTHER delivery fee for the exchange. I am totally disappointed in the treatment I received at Levin

In the past 5 yrs we have purchased our dining room furniture, our mattress, so we decided to buy our sectional from Levin first one ordered we had to cancel cause they couldn't deliver it. When back found another one that they had in stock no problems there. After Christmas this year decided to clean under the cushions to put things back together found a tear under the cushion . Thought no problem I brought the warranty wrong they say the warranty is for stains and accidents. But they offered to buy the part and we would ... read more
