We found the furniture we liked, agreed on the price, signed the purchase agreement, paid in full, then later had a voice mail informing us that they we’re holding our furniture hostage unless we came up with an additional $750 !!! The message said they wouldn’t deliver our furniture because the price they had in their computer was incorrect and they expect us to pay the difference. The sign in the store states 15% off. The salesperson took off the 15% and now they want it back. That 15% just happened to add up to the $750 h... read more
