Saleslady Tracy was great. She offered my daughter and myself coffee upon entrance to your lovely Jacksonville store. We looked at a lot of your inventory! We got hungry, and left, but wanted new gorgeous David Yurman rings. So, we returned after lunch. I plan to be a customer again, hopefully very soon! Thank you, Tracy! more »

OUTSTANDING! Sales representative (Terry Roscoe) was very pleasant and easy to talk with. My wife was extremely happy with the time taken along with the conversation, product, and the service. That means a lot in today's environment. more »

I bought my fiancé's wedding ring from Levy's and was told that I would hear back within a couple weeks when the ring came in. Around week 2, I realized my phone number was incorrect on the receipt so I thought I'd call in to let them know and to update my phone number with them. Kevin answered and his response to me updating my phone number was, "I guess your fiancé doesn't communicate with you, huh?" I waited for him to laugh letting me know he was joking, but apparently he was just being rude. He then informed me that the ring was actually ready for pick up and that he had called my fiancé already to let him know. When we picked up the ring, the satin finish I had paid for was not on the ring. At this point, we were just going to leave it because of the bad taste in our mouth caused from dealing with Kevin. But Kevin called to let us know he realized the mistake and that if we brought in the ring he would fix it. My fiancé brought in the ring and spoke with someone else. They informed him that if they put the satin finish on the ring in-store as Kevin suggested, our warranty on the ring would become invalid, but that they'd be happy to ship it back to the manufacturer, they'd put on the finish, and send it back in two weeks. We're in no hurry, so my fiance approved. Kevin then texts me two days later to let me know he has my phone number and that the ring is ready for pick up. I called the store and spoke with Kevin asking if this now means our warranty is invalid. His response was, "Well, you just need to make sure you bring the ring directly to me and I'll take care of it." Frankly, this does not comfort me and dealing with Kevin is something I'd prefer not to do in the future. Please do not use Levy Jewelers if you wish to have an easy experience. I used Beard's Jewelers which is quite near-by and have had a great experience with them. more »

Today, I had decided to purchase a Breitling watch and decided to visit Levy Jewelers. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a polite lady who tried to make small talk with me, When I inquired about their limited inventory, she stated they had just had a sale and that's "probably" why they didn't have a good selection. BULLSHIT! When you're selling watches that cost $5,000 and up, having a "sale" (which Breitling doesn't permit) won't cause your inventory to deplete like ...
See More that. She was trying to make an excuse and did a BAD job. Next, when I inquired about a specific model, she just kind of looked at me and looked and the case and had no response. Then another lady waked out from the back and she asked her about the model and this woman just looked into the case and tapped her finger on the glass. She had NO IDEA what I was talking about. Neither of them did. When you're going to "sell" expensive watches, KNOW YOUR PRODUCT! These two woman were clueless. I thanked them for their time and walked out. It's no wonder customers like myself end up making purchases like this online. I can do my own research, educate myself and get a good deal from an Breitling Authorized Dealer (AD) and end up getting free overnight shipping and no tax. And because I'm going to by from an AD, I know my investment is protected. My advise to a potential customer, do your own research, educate yourself and shop elsewhere. My advise to the owner/manager of Levy Jewelers, DO NOT let a salesperson talk to a customer about an expensive purchase and let them try to bullshit their way through it. Educate them and until their competent, don't let them talk to customers other than to greet them and advise them that someone with knowledge with assist them. You lost an $8000+ sale today.

If you can justify paying $53 for having 3 letters engraved on a baby bracelet that took 3 weeks to do, this is the place for you. Then have an employee refuse to give you the name of the vendor they used to do the engraving because they knew they were ripping you off....that just took the cake. We also got fed a line about how expensive engraving was and a place like Things Remembered would have charged around the same price. Called Things Remembered....$16. DO NOT SHOP HERE. more »

I knew nothing about jewelry until a year ago. That's when I began working with Aishla Acevedo at Levy. She was extremely helpful, understanding and patient above all else. I went to many jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring and chose to stick with Levy because Aishla was so helpful. I enjoyed working with her so we went back for the wedding bands. Unfortunately we got my wife's band somewhere else but I happily bought mine from Levy. Another great thing about working with Aishla is how personable she is especially when she sends many thank you cards to show her appreciation. Will definitely go back in the future. more »
