I would like to share our experience from the moment we walked into the Lexus showroom and greeted by Robin who took in all what we were looking for in a car. We were pointed to a model close to our current model and was given a good detailed explanation of all the controls. We are very happy with the service we were shown and is still helping with any more questions after sales. Thank you Robin.
Lexus head office didn't promote their EV charger in the best way possible but thanks to Oliver and Lewis they made it possible for me to purchase my EV charger as the promotional price. I could of applied in October if Lexus HQ had made the small print more clearer and better promoting. I don't like being told to leave 5 stars as it should be my choice and not pressured. I have left 4 stars as I have deducted 1 for that. As far as Oliver and Lewis I would give them 5 stars as they are exceptional. Thank you again.
Arranged to look at and test drive an LBX a few days ago. Despite the fact that the showroom was short staffed that day Robin Trim did a great job in looking after us. He explained comprehensively what all the settings and functions of the car were without going over the top. He also gave us plenty of time to test drive the car including going home to make sure that getting it into our garage would not be a problem. Unfortunately I had to return my wife's Lexus UX 300e due to a fault and I must say how efficient Shaznay was in booking in the car and having a courtesy car ready for me when I arrived. I am so impressed with Snows Lexus the staff are a credit to the company
