We met Amber at a neighborhood home improvement fair. She was quick to come out and see our space, offer her design input and schedule us! Junior arrived on time and quickly got to work. He was super careful with furniture and the install went smoothly. We had the East Hampton in the color Linen installed because we have dogs and small kids so it's a perfect balance to brighten the room but hide imperfections caused by the chaos. Liberty Flooring is one of the easiest companies we’ve ever worked with on a home improvement project! Jimmy is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We replaced the carpet in our entire upstairs, 4 bedrooms and large bonus room, and our downstairs family room. The installation crew finished the entire job in one day! Had a great experience. They got us on the schedule super quick to resurface the floors in our 1930s house. Very professional and personable! Amber was great and was wonderful to work with. She quickly answered questions and was very communicative. Junior did an amazing job on the floors and we couldn’t be happier! Jimmy gave us a a fair price, we shopped around for a few quotes and Jimmy’s was around the same, but customer service is what made us choose this company. Would recommend to anyone!
Amber was great to work with and answered all of our questions. Jimmy’s crew arrived at our home in the morning, tore out all of the old carpet in our upstairs and was finished the same day! They were the kindest people to work with and done a fabulous job, we couldn’t be more pleased. They were very respectful in the care of our home and cleaned everything up. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
