Amazing customer service from all! Professional, honest, friendly, patient…answered all my questions…great job on binding too….i was a bit nervous as we had not done an area rug from a carpet sample …turned out great, and we were able to customize the size 👍 so calm and relaxing in the room , brightens up the space too! I was referred to this company, by my insurance company in a time of need when my condo flooded and I needed new flooring. Not only did they try to charge me extra to level the floors, which is part of any LVP install process, but a random woman showed up to actually do the work. While I’m happy to support women in any field, she was obviously subcontracted and had no idea what she was doing. Our new carpet made our home feel brand new! Not to mention the amazing pad! Service was also 5 stars! Great owners!
We recently used Linn’s for our basement finish and are now using them to replace the carpet in our office. Linn’s is owned and operated by wonderful people that have gone above and beyond to make sure that we have had great experiences.
