I was referred to this company, by my insurance company in a time of need when my condo flooded and I needed new flooring. Not only did they try to charge me extra to level the floors, which is part of any LVP install process, but a random woman showed up to actually do the work. While I’m happy to support women in any field, she was obviously subcontracted and had no idea what she was doing. We recently used Linn’s for our basement finish and are now using them to replace the carpet in our office. Linn’s is owned and operated by wonderful people that have gone above and beyond to make sure that we have had great experiences. We will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone with any sort of flooring needs.
We just had our carpets replaced in our family and primary bedroom. The installers were friendly, hardworking and did a fantastic job with the patterned carpet. We love our new flooring!
