Our salesman was Jessie at Libert carpet. His communication was great. Everything was thorough. The install date was promised and scheduled and their floor installers were absolutely great. We had a thick laminate floor installed in three rooms and it looks absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend carpets for all of your carpet and floor needs. From the moment I walked into the Lippert's store until now when I am enjoying my beautiful new floors, I had nothing but a positive experience. Kevin, the salesperson was a good listener and very diligent in finding the product that completely fit my home and family. This is the second time I’ve worked with Lippert’s (Jesse) in the last year. I can’t recommend them enough. The communication is top notch. Happy to go over every possible option. The installer used both times does incredible work. I will 100% use them again in the future and recommend them without hesitation.
