We had a wonderful experience with Lippert's carpet one, A big shout out to Jennifer and Tony from the Medford store helping us pick out the right product to use and a special thank you to Matt and Tony who install our flooring we love it. They did a great job very professional. I would recommend this company and installers for Any flooring needs. A great big thank you to the whole team!
My husband decided last minute that we needed new carpet in our bedroom sense we were getting a new bed. We only had 2 days for delivery of the new bed. So we jumped in the truck and headed to Lippert's. We were greeted by staff right away. Told them we needed new carpet to take home that day. We were taken in the back of the store to find a big selection of different remnants of new carpet. Pick one out I liked and we were loaded up and on our way home in a matter of about 30-45 minutes. My experience with Lippert’s was fantastic! I worked with Cody who showed me samples within my budget. Their website is very user friendly and I was able to use my camera to see carpet selections with my furniture and hardwood. Super great feature! Cody ordered the carpet and managed the installation. Customer Service was wonderful at every step. Our sales rep, Tamara, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. She helped us pick the perfect Laminate Flooring for our home. We had great confidence in her and she lined everything up with no burden on us at all. Our installers, Rick and Robb were exceptional. We’ve never had anyone do as fine a job as they did. Very pleased with the carpet and laminate we purchased at Lipperts. The product is great quality and the installation work was is impeccable. Kathleen is a delight to work with at the store.
