Just made a purchase with Jake. He is very easy to work with and made everything easy. I noticed everyone worked well with each other and customer service was excellent. Jake stayed in contact with us throughout the installation making sure everything went well.
My experience with Lippert’s was fantastic! I worked with Cody who showed me samples within my budget. Their website is very user friendly and I was able to use my camera to see carpet selections with my furniture and hardwood. Super great feature! Cody ordered the carpet and managed the installation. Lipperts replaced my old carpeting with a beautiful engineered hardwood floor. Joella was very helpful in picking the flooring and getting everything set up for installation. John did a perfect job installing the floor. He and his helpers were very careful moving all my furniture and putting it back. Everything was cleaned up after the installation. I'm impressed and very happy with the new look.
