We had a wonderful experience with Lippert's carpet one, A big shout out to Jennifer and Tony from the Medford store helping us pick out the right product to use and a special thank you to Matt and Tony who install our flooring we love it. They did a great job very professional. I would recommend this company and installers for Any flooring needs. A great big thank you to the whole team!
My experience with Lippert’s was fantastic! I worked with Cody who showed me samples within my budget. Their website is very user friendly and I was able to use my camera to see carpet selections with my furniture and hardwood. Super great feature! Cody ordered the carpet and managed the installation. Customer Service was wonderful at every step. Our sales rep, Tamara, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. She helped us pick the perfect Laminate Flooring for our home. We had great confidence in her and she lined everything up with no burden on us at all. Our installers, Rick and Robb were exceptional. We’ve never had anyone do as fine a job as they did. Lipperts replaced my old carpeting with a beautiful engineered hardwood floor. Joella was very helpful in picking the flooring and getting everything set up for installation. John did a perfect job installing the floor. He and his helpers were very careful moving all my furniture and putting it back. Everything was cleaned up after the installation. I'm impressed and very happy with the new look.
Stephanie H at the Grants Pass store was super helpful and really easy to work with, she made sure to stay in my budget range and had some great ideas. I really appreciated her going the extra mile, (letting me text her after hours to ask more questions) I’ll definitely be going back to Lipperts when I do the other rooms. Great prices! And installer Craig was awesome and fast, he was open to me switching my install date at the last minute. Thank you!
