Went well, no real issues.
Went great. Lloyd came out and gave me an estimate right away. Angel was very informative and helpful. The crew did a great job on the drive and cleaning up. They even put plastic on the brick to protect it. I would use them again.
I could not be any happier with L & L Concrete Contractors. The job I wanted wasn't straightforward, with a lot of custom preferences, and Lloyd and his crew never raised their eyebrows or gave me the condescending "Look, lady..." speech. I am very fussy about detail, and the work crew was never unpleasant about me hovering over them with my own level to check their work. Very smoothly.
When I first contacted them they were very quick to provide an appointment to give a quote. Very responsive when I called to schedule the time for the work to be preformed. The only hiccup we had was, the crew was scheduled to start on a specific day, but were delayed. I did not receive a call notifying me of the delay. I understand jobs run behind especially with concrete work, you are at the mercy of the weather, but if there is a delay in the start of the job the customer should be notified immediately.
