Came here to see the Stranger Things finalie. Nice upscale theater, good looking and well designed. The have concession stands that are seperate from the in theater food that you can order, which is done by scanning a QR code on your theater seat. And the seats are comfortable. Slightly bigger than regular theater seats. Anyways, the food was delivered to my seat about 15 minutes after, hot and delicious. This was my first time visiting Look cinema and i sadly won’t be back. Normally, I go to Alamo but wanted to try something new. The mixed reviews worried me a bit because there were a lot of reviews that talked about lack of cleanliness, confusing service systems, and extreme food delivery delays or not getting it at all. Came here on New Year’s Eve to watch the Stranger Things series finale. The theater itself is really nice, comfortable recliner seats with heating and cooling, clean, and honestly a great setup. No complaints about the physical space. We picked this theater specifically for the dine-in “experience” and NYE drinks. Ordering was easy, and the show started on time. This is my go to theater. The space is well laid out, the theaters that looked small online were actually very good size. The seats are super comfortable and there is always free parking. You can get discounts on Tuesdays and also find some deals or coupons. While I do think it is one of the better theaters price wise and the facilities, the service is pretty horrible. The seats are comfy. But do not order food/drinks to your seat. The theatre is well enough but you are very unlikely to get your items in a timely manner if at all. This was my 2nd attempt and it was worse than the first. The first time my items came with 20 mins left in the movie and the 2nd time they didn't arrive at all.
