They definitely need to repaint the parking lot, the lines are almost invisible which causes people to park all kinds of crazy. The theater is very clean. A bit understaffed. Service can take a while, but every employee is very friendly and accommodating. I even received a free popcorn and drink once because the kitchen closed before my order went through. This is the most expensive theater I have ever been to for the least amount of perks. In order to prevent people from parking in their tiny parking lot and not watching a movie they make you sign in with your license plate. They’re really trying to make use of technologywhen technology is not benefiting their enterprise. There’s a huge amount of service fee because they only do deliver to your seat, but when you press the button they don’t even come. Came here for the first time in a while and was very surprised. Firstly, our seats are peeling apart, they look very worn out and beat up. They are comfortable but for a theater that charges as much as it does, the quality of experience should be better. In addition, a couple of my families seats, the trays didn’t have QR codes or a button to call for a waiter/waitress. My meal which was two burgers and two fountain drinks costed $60 dollars. This place has really gone downhill. The chairs, armrests, and trays are peeling and look old and dirty. Two adult tickets and one child ticket cost $47.10, and a tiny popcorn with a small fountain drink was $18. The bathrooms upstairs smells like a sewage pipe has busted and half of the stalls were out of order. The cabinets were taped on and the lights above the sinks didn't work and it was dark.
