I had a minor misunderstanding when I first came to Lorens, but as soon as ownership and management found out that something had gone amiss and a customer had her feathers ruffled, they moved heaven and earth to make things right in a very generous manner for me. I have to say, a lot of stores have friendly sales people, nice products, or good prices, but very few would go through the amazing lengths to make an ornery customer happy.
