I talked to Louis Zunino who is knowledgeable, get to the point and offer lower price compared to a few stores in our the area.
Great experience overall. Installers and quality of work performed was excellent. Administrative side could use some improvement in terms of communication and coordination with customer throughout job. One disappointment was that risers on the stairs were not primed with paint as specified in contract during the installation. Company representative apologized but offered no discount in pricing. Very disappointed with this location. I came in a few months ago to find some LVT for my house. After picking out the LVT we wanted, we found that the price was cheaper online. Our sales rep assured us they could price match and that he would contact us back. He did not contact us after 2 weeks. I came back to the store but my sales rep was out. Another rep told me that they would be able to assist me and would contact me the following Monday to let me know about the price match. They never contacted me. I called and left a ... read more
