Brendan and Griff were both really knowledgeable and hard working. They were able to refinish my hardwood floors asap and were willing to work with me on my timeline since I was moving into the house at the same time. Their attention to detail and professionalism shined through. Great experience with them, highly recommend.
Jeff from Luxx flooring is all talk and no action. He provided no help or guidance at all. Jeff could not even answer the simplest questions regarding material, ordering, delivery etc...I ended up doing my engineered hardwood floors myself with the help of a good friend. The floors turned out perfect & beautiful. I urge you shop around and consider other options before going with Luxx Flooring.
