My Fiancé and I came into the store already seen a sales man (Greg) talking to the receptionist, we came in and told both of them the exact flooring that we wanted, and Greg told us that we needed to get the measurements as they ordered everything and get it delivered to the store. Used MCI to have a professional experience and expertise , was very disappointed. We had so much left over tile, then we’re told we couldn’t return it? Our refund was about 20% of our bill. A substantial amount for using a professional company that does this all the time. Never was I told there were no returns. After over a week of attempts to contact sales person we were able to return unopened boxes.
