Madison, Preston and their crew are the best! They are kind, courteous, and very professional. I had a lot of questions and Madison always took time to get back with me in a timely manner, most of the time, immediately. They show up early for meetings and work. They do quality work at a fair price. They make sure you are satisfied with the job and will fix anything that needs fixing. They even fixed some tiles(not part of job) that had cracks in them and didn't charge us any extra! I highly recommend Madison Flooring!

From sales to finish, was a good experience. Everyone at Madison Flooring was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. All the staff was very nice and made you feel important. They were very easy to work with. The crew that did the flooring was extremely good at laying the laminate and putting carpet on the steps. The consulting, product quality and installation were all excellent, however the installers themselves were 10 stars. This is normally the phase that you just wish was over with before it even begins, but they were so professional, skilled and personable that they were a pleasure to have around. A very positive experience from start to finish.
