Customer service stops after the install, beware they will keep you waiting for ever if there is an issue after install.
They installed carpet and vinyl flooring. They did a poor job seeming the carpet and would not correct it. They did a very poor job installing the vinyl flooring and came out several times trying to correct it--some parts still not glued down as was required. I have called several times and they said they would be out to correct the problems but never showed up. I will be filing a complaint...
