I should be giving no stars. If you’re looking for a good place to move please continue looking. I’ve had to floods December and February 1. And just got my floors done 2wks ago. I know Vesta had their issues but the previous property management cared about the residents, property, and if you had any emergency requests you’d wouldn’t have to be on standby for months. First week in my apartment the air conditioner didn’t work and it was 80° plus outside. My stove didn’t work either. I made a maintenance request in the app but nobody seemed to be in a hurry to get anything fixed. I called and left messages but nobody called me back. I finally got lucky and called one day and got in touch with someone in the office and the a window unit was put in my window. The manager literally makes fun of you talking because you talk professionally and she doesn’t and will hang up on you. You guys should start checking educational backgrounds before placing people with authority.

Moving in today and our experience has been wonderful so far! The apartments are very cute and updated on the inside with a lot of natural light. There’s always open parking spaces and the other tenants have been extremely welcoming and kind. Guadalupe in the leasing office has been so helpful and more than supportive. If you’re thinking about moving in here I would highly recommend giving it a look!
