Very clean and nicely decorated office. My hygienist Dawn was excellent. She and Dr. Pippin were very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
I moved to Knoxville and was nervous about finding a new dentist. Dr. Pippin is patient, listens to his patients and is very attentive. I HATE going to the dentist usually, but Dr. Pippin’s care has eased my anxiety and I really appreciate the excellent service by his staff. They are kind and always make me feel welcome.
Staff made me feel comfortable, Doctor answered all my questions, wasn’t pushy, left the final decision upto me.
I cannot recommend Dr. Pippin and his team enough! I had a dental emergency (a front tooth break) early one morning and they immediately got me in and fixed my tooth. They are the kindest staff and made sure everything was done properly and professionally!
Dr. Pippin and his team are consummate professionals. I cracked a tooth over the weekend and they got me in quickly on Monday. A new crown on the same day/visit. My office is also downtown, so very little downtime for me. Highly recommended.
