Mason did a good job up front. What I didn't expect was having to work with about 5 other people throughout the process. His form letter notifying me of the possible people that would contact me was a decent heads up, but there was communications lost with the numerous different emails. I have my email system junk settings set to strict which only allows in known email addresses. I set it to accept all emails from @churchillmortgage.com but some of the automated emails were not recognized.
