Mason and the entire team kept me informed about every step of the process. Mason gave great advice and was helpful in reviewing our finances and giving suggesting about how we should proceed. His assistant Dillon was, also, very helpful with regard to collecting data and explaining the process. Churchill kept us informed and the process was smooth. The items that took a while were the appraisal and the property survey which were both entirely out of Churchill's hands. All in all it was a pain-free experience and we are happy that we chose Churchill.

Mason was actually heading out of town and still contacted me to let me know Dillon Stallings would be taking care of me. Dillon went to the office on a SATURDAY just to email me a pre-approval letter & Pam, our processor, rushed our file so we could close. Every single question I had was discussed & answered in a way I understood what was going on!
