We have had Massey service for about 3 years. We have had a few technicians but no one has provided the quality of service that we have received from Eric! Eric is professional and knowledgeable. Eric services our home on the last Friday of each month. If the schedule needs to be altered, he always calls ahead of time to let us know. Eric is simply the best tech! I hope Massey appreciates and rewards Eric for his outstanding service! Please clone Eric!

The technician (Amber Sheriff) did an awesome job. She is very knowledgeable regarding her job. As she was inspecting all on my termite stations she was explaining to me how they work and how large termite colonies can get. She’s very profession and she has a wonderful attitude.
